Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Gotta say, I LOVED this pizza! Really good. A little pricey? Maybe. But the quality, flavor and everything about the pie is there. And I have an allergy to pecorino cheese so asked it be left off..."no problem!" the person that took my order said. Friendly, polite and I WILL be back. Very impressed! #worthit

We've been to Providence Coal Fired Pizza twice now since it opened and were extremely happy with our visits both times! The restaurant has a fresh makeover from the last few failed restaurants that have been in this location and is welcoming and gives you the authentic pizzeria feel. There is a large bar, two distinct large seating areas, tons of TVs, and the large pizza oven is visible from many tables. Service has been good and the staff is friendly. We've tried the wings (out of this world!) and a few different flavors of pizzas (margarita, pepperoni, white) and all have been top notch. We look forward to coming back when the small back patio opens up (looks like it's getting close to finished!) Tips: -They've had a lot of Living Social/Groupons ($15 for $30 of food/drinks) since they've opened so check that out before you head over! -Sometimes parking can be a bit difficult on busy nights, so if it looks bad, drive past and park in the bowling alley next door to avoid the stress of the small lot that backs up to busy Post Road. -Reservations via OpenTable are a great perk for a large group or a busy night! -They have different specials on different nights of the week (1/2 priced bottles of wine on Tuesdays, 1/2 priced margarita pizzas on Mondays) that offer a good bargain.

Nice atmosphere, mac n cheese app was good... $50 for 2 pizzas and some sodas isn't gonna work too long in NK....the Pats were playing and the bar filled up...hint hint kill the elevator music and put the volume on the nice TVs people might stay and spend more

I took my family here last night for another delicious dinner. My daughter is a very picky eater but she absolutely loves this pizza!

Never going back! My family and I decided to try a new pizza place. We are a large family of 8 and pizza is an easy option for dinner. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our dining experience in the North Kingstown location. While our waiter was attentive and thoughtful the food was over-priced and mediocre at best. My fiancé and I tried one of the gourmet pizzas. The meat on the pizza had a bazaar taste and left a unpleasant taste in my mouth. Even worse my children asked for a half cheese half pepperoni pizza (simple order right). The waiter came over to inform us that the kitchen accidentally put pepperoni on the entire pizza. Upon realizing the kitchen made a mistake the waiter offered to cook an entire new large pizza. I suggested rather than waiting for another pizza to cook that they make a small cheese pizza for my daughter who doesn't like pepperoni. The waiter said "no problem sorry for the mistake". About five minutes later the waiter came back over to tell us the kitchen manager needs to charge for the small pizza to fix their mistake. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. We said no thanks and asked for the check. Bad move by the kitchen manager. He saved maybe a $1 in dough and cheese and lost a family of 8 customers. The owner should have a chat with their penny wise kitchen manager. Not good for a grand opening. Sincerely

Ordered ahead and had to wait once we got there. Brought the pizza's home and both were burnt!

Loved this place!!! I had a dietary restriction and needed to have only goat cheese on my Steak Bomb Pizza. They were able to accommodate me and the pizza was amazing!!! The food was fresh and the beer was great, too. The service at the bar was great. The pace was busy, but our pizzas came pretty quickly and they were yummy!!! I'll go there again in a minute!!!
(5)Nickie P.
Chicken wings app was a perfect start to our meal! Steak pizza and the Margherita were also spot on along with their Caesar salad. We ate outside on their patio which was nicely lit and decorated. The only drawback, was that my husband didn't care for his martini and they didn't take it off his check. Other than that, all was great and we'd go back again! Look out for Groupon specials! Sure does help!!
(4)Max S.
It took a long time to get noticed while seating ourselves at the bar. The employees seemed more preoccupied with internal drama than the customers directly in front of them. Apparently Coal Fired is an excuse to burn my pizza to a char and still be acceptable. It was very bland and blackened and came with a $20 price tag for flavorless sausage. Very unimpressed and won't return. Too bad too as I was really looking forward to something special. Lesson learned.
(2)Altena L.
Service was a little slow here when we came for lunch but the restaurant is good size. I think they were limited with the amount of workers. Pizza here is good but sort of expensive. I used a groupon when eating here which helps! The baked goat cheese is delicious but small for 4 people. We also got the pulled pork pizza, pepperoni, steak and the Conrad pizza. It's definitely nice to have a restaurant like this in NK as there aren't many restaurants we go to in this area. There is also plenty of parking!

First things, first...parking is ridiculous here. I have never been here when the valets and patrons were not causing a mini traffic jam in the lot. Not helpful when the location is right on a busy road. All that mayhem is forgotten when the pizza comes. They were able to repeat the same great pizza here as they do in PVD. I honor that they don't drown the wonderful dough in watery sauce or cheap cheese. Every variety of pizza I tried has been nicely done. Salads and apps are solid as well. As for dessert, the servers always encourage trying the butterscotch pudding. I had a spoonful and felt it was well balanced, not too rich or overly sweet but a true butterscotch flavor. Wine, beer and drink options are large enough to satisfy everyone in our group, no matter their interest. As the place gets more popular, reservations become more important. Make a note of it or plan for a real wait.

As always great pizza. Had Ricotta and Mozzarella. Cooked perfect. Service was quick and pizza was on the table in Ten minuted. Love this place.

Im here today on a lunch date with my son. We both had a lg pizza..and again its just delicious! The service is prompt, accurate( god knows i order light sauce and no basil) you just cant beat the wholsome ingredients they use! Finally a great pizza place in North Kingstown
(5)Peter O.
Way over priced and food is nothing special... this place will go under unfortunately

So sometimes I'm an idiot. Plenty of times actually. We got in the car last weekend to head to Coal Fired in PVD because we had a Living Social Deal. I grabbed the deal to get the address to put in the GPS and whoops! The deal was for the new location. Road trip it is. Good location with ample parking. While the interior doesn't have the same cool vibe as the Providence location, it's not bad. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server came over quickly to greet us and let's just say he was a bit awkward. I can be a bit socially awkward at times, so I felt bad for him, but dude shouldn't be a waiter. His service was fine, but his comments to us resulted in uncomfortable laughs, awkward silence and me just cringing. I got the pear martini which is a favorite of mine at the Providence location and I'll be honest, it did not measure up. It wasn't awful, but it just wasn't as good. We started with the hummus plate. Again, the edge goes to the plate in Providence. With a blizzard coming, we decided to order two pizzas for the two of us. Who wants to cook in a blizzard? Pizza is sort of bread, right? We went with the steak pizza and the meatball and ricotta. I've got to say, I think this locations wins in the pizza wars. I don't mind the burnt char, but sometimes it's a little too heavy at the Providence location and the crust on these was perfect and they loaded up the toppings. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular.
(4)Grace F.
I actually enjoyed my visit here. the service was fantastic, and the pizza was pretty good. However a large pizza, a small wings, and a bottle of wine was $80. Yikes! Now if I'm paying $80 for that order, I expect a ridiculously beautiful atmosphere, and a far out pizza. My atmosphere was a drunk dude at the bar, and fruit flies hovering over my food. We ordered the prosciutto pizza, and the ends were dry, for the price we paid I would've liked to have had the freshest prosciutto ever. If this was $50 it might of been fine, but the pizza was actually like a small-medium pizza. The price was too high for the return.
(2)Reyshelle A.
Went to order take-out and wanted a small and large pizza, but I think they said after 4, they only have large pizza available. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind it but with the large only being 8 pieces, I thought for 2 people splitting it that a small + large would be more satisfying. Honestly, I could eat an entire large by myself because it's perfectly thin without being flimsy. Had a margarita pizza and it was outstanding! I do not like crusts of pizza but enjoyed this in its entirety. Didn't go with a groupon or anything and didn't mind the price. There are (too) many pizza places on Post Road in North Kingstown and think with only a large option, they may lose business with the competition offering a variety of sizes, but overall, I think it's worth the $$
(4)Ken P.
So I have driven by this place a couple times and had purchased a Groupon $30 for $14. Picked up the wife after work and headed over their. I thought it was gonna be a pizza/bar type but driving up and seeing a guy who was parking cars for you I thought oh crappy it's a fancy place. Very nice inside, clean and was busy for a friday. We got the magarita pizza and for a app spinach and ricotta dip with toasted bread. I'm not a fan of ricotta but this was good. Phone service was so so, had to go outside to get my Groupon up. I would definitely recommend this place to other people who want to try coal fire pizza.

I am very conflicted about Providence Coal Fired Pizza, after visting them for the 1st time at their NK location. PROS -Friendly people -Easy in and easy out parking -Good location close to my home -Better than having to go to Providence for them -Ridiculously good pizza CONS -Insanely expensive. $16 for a large plain pizza that is really 8 small slices that are gone in 2-3 bits is ludicrous. Seriously. A tube of lube should really come with the pizza. It was more like an appetizer, and wasn't filling at all. -Having to go the the bar to pick up my order. I don't want to have to near the drunken bar flies to pick up my order. If someone else is paying, I'm definitely going there again, but I can't see myself going there again at those prices, its not going to happen.

Pricey but good! The restaurant has a nice ambience but very loud (we went on a crowded Saturday night). Valet parking was much appreciated since there were no spots to be found. Pizza was very good! I highly recommend the baby bella. YUM!
(4)Haley B.
I'm a pizza snob. My favorite Pizza place is in Boston- and I'm all about wood fired pizza. This place was good! I came from Boston and was staying in NK for the night- so I Yelped wood fired pizza and came across this place. Very good- not a ton of flavor on some of the pizza we got- but we got two pizzas (four different kinds) and my boyfriend and I pretty much demolished all of it- so really, can't complain too much! A little too oily for my liking. Mushroom pizza was my least favorite- the margarita was great. Great drink list

So two weeks after first review (if one could call it that since we never were actually allowed into the place) we made another reservation on Open Table (reservations are strongly suggested as it gets packed on a Satiurday night) and this time we got in. It was VERY noisy, but we were seated promptly. We ordered drinks, apps, (sticky ribs and chicken wings, for which PCFP is rightfully famous), salads and a pizza. The time between courses was only slightly slow but our waiter was terrific and kept us posted on anticipated arrival times of our food, which was nice. Although a bit slow, the food came out in the correct order for both of us, at the correct temperature, and almost everything was delicious. I was not a fan of our pizza, but I'll try a different one next time. Although PCFP is still in its shakedown period, they really are trying to do a good job. I watched as the food came out from the kitchen to the counter to the waitress to the tables -- I was impressed with the orderliness of the execution. Two owners were on premises that night -- one in the kitchen and one at the food station/counter as the food came out for serving. He was very focussed on seeing the job got done properly. Hope there will be at least one owner on site for the time being. I'd like to assign 3 1/2 stars, (but of course I can't) taking some off for still not having its act totally together (although they've made progress), some for the bizarre parking lot dude who told us valet parking was "compulsory," even though there were plenty of parking places available, and because I was not impressed with my pizza. Also, you should know that this is not your average pizza joint. It is upscale and the prices and high quality of the food, plus the ambiance of the interior, reflect this. I'm sure soon this place will be rocking like their downtown Providence location is. Maybe in a couple of months. We will definitely give it another try.
(3)Lisa L.
Had dinner tonight with my husband at the bar. Service was fine, food mediocre. Margherita pizza had no tomatoes. Chicken wings were quite dry. I think the real disappointment was the bar seating. Large parties of families an arm length away. Place is great for families, however the bar area should have its own entity. Lights were quite bright. Glad we tried, salad was great, will not return.
(1)Steven S.
The menu for lunch is a little light on variety options- a few apps, several pizzas, and 3 or 4 sandwiches. If you're looking for variety , this isn't the place for you. But if you want pizza, please give this place a try. They have an open cooker that overlooks the restaurant. Pizza quality was top notch. The small lunch size pizza was huge. I'm a big guy and I wasn't able to finish the pizza. They also have daily specials and drink specials. Highly recommend this establishment.
(4)Efe G.
service was very prompt. our waitress was pretty attentive too. i'm not a fan of pudding but the butterscotch pudding i thoroughly enjoyed. the conrad pizza was pretty good too...didn't like the bbq pork pizza much. baked goat cheese was alright and the wings weren't that great in my opinion. it's quite pricy for pizza (damage was about 45 bucks). got a deal via groupon though. place has very nice ambiance too...
(4)Daniel L.
A little pricey to make it a frequent stop in our rotation. . . So we waited a few months for them to work out their kinks before giving them a shot. And having a Groupon set to expire in a few weeks also gave us the motivation to make a visit. Being able to make a reservation on line also helped us along, as we've seen how crowded the parking lot can get. We'd never been to the Providence location, but had heard and read good things, so we were excited to try them out. We went one late Saturday afternoon, around 5 ish, with a reservation in place just in case. We were seated promptly and greeted almost immediately by our server, who took our drink orders (a Moscow Mule and a beer) and allowed us to peruse the menus. We ended up getting a small order (8 pieces) of the wings that we'd heard so much about and the pizza special that night, which had caramelized onions, chourico, garlic, and some other things I can't recall at the moment. The wings were quite delicious and the pizza was very tasty as well. We liked the crust, which was crispy and not too charred. Service was attentive throughout our stay without being overbearing. The ambiance was very nice as well. It wasn't too loud, even though there are plenty of TVs around. Perhaps it was because it wasn't crowded yet given how early in the evening we were there. When the bill came, we kind of figured it wouldn't be like going to the run of the mill pizza joint, but if we didn't have the Groupon, it would have come out to a little over $70 including the tip. . . for two drinks, 8 wings, and one large pizza. The food and overall dining experience was good, but that seems a little steep to me for what we got. I don't expect Cheesecake Factory-sized portions but I guess the price-point is still a little disappointing. This doesn't seem to be off-putting to lots of people though, as the place always seems to be hopping, at least on the weekends when I drive by the place. We'll probably go back, but we won't make it a frequent stop.

I live in North Kingstown and tried this place. I will tell you that their pizza is awesome, I had the pepperoni and I had the clam pizza. they really were outstanding!! The bad: they show on their menu online, that they have small and large pizzas, yet. if you call to order a small pepperoni, they will tell you they only have large??? At first they said it was because it was a weekend night. I believed them. Then I tried tonight, a Wednesday night, and they said NO ONLY LARGE??? I said how much for the "large" pepperoni pizza; $18 + tax? The large pizza has (8) slices, certainly doesn't warrant a $18 price tag. Their pricing is going to be their demise. Its unfortunate too, because the pizza really is great, but you CANNOT charge $18 for a pepperoni pizza in RI. I give them till the middle of the summer, before people stop going because its ridiculously priced??
(1)Gina S.
First time there and I was not impressed. We tried ordering 2 small pizza and they said they only had large. Yet on the menu it states small and large. So we ordered a large (1/2 of one kind and 1/2 of another), then they charged extra for the pizza because we had it split. It took over 50 mins for us to get the pizza after we ordered it. When we asked the waitress why it's taking so long the manager came over and said "the pizza broke in the middle and they had to make a new one and that can't be helped, it happens". He offered no apologies at all.
(2)Dave S.
My first time in had been looking forward to giving it a try. Nice atmosphere and a great draft beer selection. Appetizer was the oven roasted wings. They were good but not $12, that was a bit pricey! We ordered the sausage pizza it was $20 and although it was good it was all crust!!!!! Probably 2-3 actual slices with toppings and cheese and the rest was literally all crust I couldn't believe it?!? Has potential to be great pizza but they need to stop trying to be cool with the display and the tray and give you an actual pizza not an appetizer pizza! I felt like I went to a crust restaurant. Lol it was "almost" amusing. $60 bucks for a couple of beers, 8 wings and a pile of crust!!! Probably wont go back I gave it the 3 stars for the service and atmosphere.
(3)Cahalan S.
Been here at least 10 times, pizza is delicious although slightly pricey. Salads and apps have all been fantastic. If you're not a complete cheap skate who only like crappy pan pizza give it a shot! Also great draft beer selection!
(4)Wendy O.
Overpriced. They really missed the mark with their pizzas. Either tasteless or conflicting flavors. $100 later and I prefer dominos, sadly.
(2)Sally B.
I'm rating a 4 for the pizza. The service left something to be desired. If this can be fixed, it would be a 5.
(4)John M.
Good pizza- Great crust. Thin. Wide Border. Was that tomato paste and canned tomato wedges masquerading as sauce? Parsimonious with toppings. We created our own. One mini piece of meatball on a slice? Really?! Skimpy. Expensive for what you get. Chicken wings very good, but $12 for 8 wings and some tasty grilled onion is steep by any measure. Beer and wine selection excellent and fairly priced. Parking has always been tough at this site. Valet does not aid. North Kingstown location just opened. Waiting an hour for pizza understandable at 5:20 pm on a Saturday. Waiting an hour to find out they screwed up your order without offering to "make it right"? Wrong.
(3)James R.
Food is good, environment is as well but the service is quite inconsistent and at times lacking.
(3)Joe S.
Appetizer - 2 - Caesar Salads....some of the greens were wilted and the dressing was definitely nothing special. Dinner - pizza w/ meatballs, eggplant & roasted onions....took over 40 minutes for the pizza to be served after the appetizer and when it came it was burnt and could barely find the toppings on the pizza....little chopped/diced topping pieces....for $22.50. I'm glad I had a Groupon, as if I had to spend that much $$ for the so-so food and long wait, I wouldn't have been happy. Will I be back....I doubt it.
(3)John M.
I couldn't wait to try this place...I love it when a new pizza place opens and I was there for their first week...Even though I felt the price of the pizza was a little steep, I wanted to try it anyway. I got their portobello mushroom special. First up, this is not a very large pizza you get for the price. Its pretty much a standard size 14" pizza that is in a Sicilian hand stretched style square, but nothing more. The toppings on it were plentiful enough and tasty, but nothing really special in my opinion despite all the hype about their freshness and such. Overall it was the crust to me that was most disappointing. It was just too thin for me, I mean really thin, especially in and away from the rim crust that was very big. Really too thin for me personally. You may feel differently about it.. As for the rim crust, although it was very large it was not hard, and was easy to chew and tasty enough. Also, though I know that wood and coal fired pizza are supposed to have a little charring on them, as far as I am was concerned mine was just burnt. This added some disappointment to the extra thin crust that was made too crispy by the firing...If I was to ever get another pizza from this place, (which sometime I am sure I will), I will ask them to cook it light if possible. Some charring here and there is ok, but my first one here was just too black all over for me. Taken together with the price and extra thin crust, not a good opening shot on this one unfortunately...
(2)Kyla E.
Went with 3 of my friends for dinner on opening night and overall, we liked the food and experience, but have some feedback we'd like to share: - The pizza was pricey and pretty charred, almost to a point where we sent it back. It was so pricey that we wanted to fully enjoy it - There were no mirrors in the bathrooms. Mirrors are a must - It'd be nice if there was some music playing - Since the bar selection in NK is slim and this venue used to be a bar, we wish they would stay open later I know it was opening night, so there will likely be some changes made in the weeks to come...just wanted to offer some feedback from our experience.
(3)George B.
The food was awesome. We had the wings, which were cooked to perfection, the steak salad, and the baby Bella pizza with sausage(highly recommend trying). Service was great. If you haven't checked it out you should. Best pizza outside of Boston and new haven!
(5)Sherri T.
I love the restaurant in Providence and now very excited that there is one closer to my home! The restaurant is beautifully renovated (love the fireplace) and very spacious. If you haven't had the wings here, you need to try them. The pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had. We tried The Edy the last time we were in and it is now my favorite. Super spicy! The restaurant offers an extensive beer menu as well. This is the type of place you could go to on a casual date night, bring your children to, or watch a game at on Sunday. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't gone yet....you are missing out!
(5)Kelly K.
Overpriced. Tiny size. Horrible quality......... Charred. Would never recommend or go back
(1)Tom C.
We have never been to the Providence restaurant, but were excited when the local one opened. Gave it a couple weeks for the hype to die down and let them get kinks worked out. My wife and I stopped in for a quiet lunch prior to the Christmas Eve mayhem. We arrived about 1:15ish. A slow crowd, but comfortable for mid afternoon. We ordered drinks, which took a very long time. My wife had an orange basil mojoto that she loved. We both ordered individual pizza's. She had a margarita standard off the menu. I requested a custom pizza that was basically the margarita with prosciutto on it. Although my pizza was awesome, it appeared the prosciutto was an after thought. Sauce to topping was good. I guess my take away is if you go off the board, be clear how you want it done. Enjoy!
(3)Scott M.
First visit as previous attempts were thwarted by the crowds. Found service sitting at the bar, beer and wine selection was very good. Food, creative but eh. Liked watching the chefs at work but the pizza sauce was bland and desperately needed seasoning. Wings were meaty but odd. Not sure if the onions covering the wings did much but detract. We'll try again, if nothing else it's a fair bar.
(3)Rebel O.
Love the Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza and the goat cheese appetizer. Food is fresh and I would Highly recommend it. Not a big fan of the bar layout. Not is good as Providence which has a U shape bar which feels more communal. Love that the place has a fireplace but parking is tight.
(4)Matt M.
While attempting to have a family night out, one of the children has a mini meltdown, forcing us to reconsider. The waiter was extremely understanding and prompt when bringing the requested tab. 4-Stars is due to the child's soda being $3.
(4)Joe M.
The place looks awesome! They did a great job fixing to what it was. Sat at the bar and the bartenders were fun and helpful...they knew their stuff. Wings were awesome cost $12 for a small but well worth it so much flavor did not need any sauce! Pizza was different from the norm but well worth the price . The beer selection was awesome never seen most of those beers on draft but the bottles were even more extravagant. Highly recommend
(5)Jon B.
If I were voting on the pizza alone I would give it 2.5 stars. it was good however not in the league of NYC coal fired pizza (Patsy's-East Harlem, Grimaldi's, Juliana's, Johns on Bleeker) . I loved the charcoal flavor and crispness of the crust as it "reminded me of NYC pizza". Problem was, it fell short. The sauce lacked flavor, the basil was unremarkable and you were hard pressed to find the mozzarella. In terms of the overall dinning experience I would have to say it falls to a 2.0 Lets not forget its a pizza joint. Yes, one that brands itself an upscale pizza joint, but nonetheless, a pizza joint. Ten dollar drinks? Twenty dollars for 8 wings? Seriously, this isn't NYC fella's and in truth, even a large Margarita pizza at Patsy's is only $14 bucks.. not $18! I can't say I would do it again.. If you're looking for really good pizza without the drive to NYC try Peepe's in New Haven. Well worth the hour drive south.
(2)C M.
Really great pizza, great bar service from Bartender Jennifer, and great atmosphere. So glad they moved into South County and North Kingstown.
(4)Jeff M.
Rate this one, OK; but check back later. It doesn't have the ambiance and really great layout of the Providence location, but on a rainy, miserable night its a whole lot more attractive choice than driving into the city. And though they've obviously got the recipes that are so successful at the spot in PVD, they aren't quite executed will the same skilled hands. My order of the very tasty rosemary and onion wings had a few good wings, and a few that missed the seasonings, a few that were succulent and juicy in fact, and a few that were a bit tough. Get that mix of sea salt, rosemary, and roasted onions right, with the right amount of cooking, and they'll be just as good as the others. Similarly, it seems the coal fired oven is taking a bit of getting used to as well. There was a whisp of smoke in the air, but not really worrying as a perfect pie should have a little bit of char. My pie however was pushed a little past done. The crust crisped up like a cracker, far to crisp to fold, and the slices of pepperoni were cooked to the point of curling, with a bit of char on top. In truth, its only been a week. I'm betting that they get it right soon enough.
(3)Michael L.
Was recently at the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, and service and food was great. Love the open environment where you can look into the kitchen and see the food being prepared. For appetizers, have to have the chicken wings! With the way they are baked and then add the onions, perfection. My wife had the salad with the hummus, portobello mushrooms and bread. Was good but need to put in more mushrooms and add some more dressing. For pizza, I had one with sausage and roasted red peppers - great as usual. I also love the clams pizza with the fingerling potatoes - next time. Family members had a sausage and pepperoni mixture which they really enjoyed. For the meal, had 8 wings, mac-and-cheese, hummus salad, 2 pizzas and 1 beer and an ice tea, and the bill was $94 before tip. A little expensive so can't go there all the time, but good treat occasionally
(3)Lewis C.
This is the worst food I have ever tasted in a "pizza restaurant", first off it's way over priced & second they wouldn't know how to make a decent pizza if it came up & bit them

Nice ambiance and service, the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. Wait is really long on the weekends. The pizza tastes kind of charred, and is really expensive for the size. I did not dislike the pizza, but I just did not think it was worth the price with other nearby pizza places offering better food for less.

Went for lunch today, we've been wanting to try it and finally got the time. The place is nice from the road, and the inside decor is appealing. Service was ok, nothing special, but nothing bad. we had the hummus platter and the Edy pizza, both were delicious. They don't have Bleu cheese dressing, you're a pizza place that has salads.. Bleu cheese OR ranch (they don't have ranch either) are a must. But still, we were happy, until the bill came. 19$ for a pizza? 5$ for a Yuengling draft?! Everything was good until we saw how over priced it all was, deal breaker for sure.
